We work according to a fixed price, and we continue our work until the assignment is completed, i.e. when the selected candidate has signed the employment contract.

If, contrary to expectation, the recommended candidate does not meet the expectations set at the time of recruitment and – after follow-up meetings with our participation – is given or gives notice of termination within the first 6 months of his employment, we commit ourselves to repeat the recruitment and selection procedure free of charge.
